Kickstart your day!

Eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. It fires up your mind, body & metabolism.

Peanut butter on whole wheat toast
Easy to make & they contain protein, fibre, Vitamin B3 & E and healthy fats that will keep you satisfied until the bell rings for lunch!

Energy Bars
Energy bars @ granola can be nutritious. While some are actually more like candy bars, just make sure to watch the calories, sugar, fibre & fats.

Breakfast Cereals
Start your day with a bowl of breakfast cereal & you’re most likely to get all the nutrients you need. Opt for a whole-grain cereal rather than a refined-grain or sugary ones. They can be beaten cold & mixed with milk, yoghurt, fruit @ boiled like oatmeal.

Low-fat Yoghurt
Yoghurt is packed with protein. It helps to keep your colon healthy & strengthens the immune system!

Fresh Fruits
Fruits provide a slow release of energy to last you till lunchtime. It also has tons of vitamins & minerals. Pack them in a portable container & bring them to school/college/work. If you prefer a delicious fresh smoothie, blend it with or without yoghurt. You can even make fruit salad.

*Timesaver Tip*
Cut the fruits @ make fruit salad the night before & store in the fridge. That way, you don’t have to rush in the morning! If you’re on the run, grab a banana. It boosts energy & is low in calories.
