reaction time is from the onset of a stimulus until the organism responds.
in animals, reaction time to visual stimuli is typically 150 to 300 milliseconds.

the most common example is when someone try to hit you on the face, of course you'll avoid it right? If not, then your reflex is low.
Other examples which could be relevant:

I. Shopping at clearance or warehouse sale. Semua berebut for best bargain. With high reflexes, you'll know how to get what you want.
II. Between lecturer and student. Bila lecturer tanya soalan, student jawab, it shows the brain reacts giving good reflexes.
III. In most ocassion, bila nampak cameraman or those with camera nak amik gambar, mesti cepat buat aksi *hot.cun.maut* the terms di gunakan nowadays. hahaha ;p

macam simpulan bahasa melayu ada cakap "cubit peha kanan, peha kiri terasa" dan "siapa makan cili, dia terasa pedas"
