a reflex action is an involuntarily & nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus.
reaction time is from the onset of a stimulus until the organism responds.
in animals, reaction time to visual stimuli is typically 150 to 300 milliseconds.

the most common example is when someone try to hit you on the face, of course you'll avoid it right? If not, then your reflex is low.
Other examples which could be relevant:

I. Shopping at clearance or warehouse sale. Semua berebut for best bargain. With high reflexes, you'll know how to get what you want.
II. Between lecturer and student. Bila lecturer tanya soalan, student jawab, it shows the brain reacts giving good reflexes.
III. In most ocassion, bila nampak cameraman or those with camera nak amik gambar, mesti cepat buat aksi *hot.cun.maut* the terms di gunakan nowadays. hahaha ;p

macam simpulan bahasa melayu ada cakap "cubit peha kanan, peha kiri terasa" dan "siapa makan cili, dia terasa pedas"

The Year Twenty-Ten

Time really flies when all of sudden now is 2010.

Bangun tidur tiba-tiba teringat mimpi semalam. Tak ingat all the details but feel happy to think about it. I don't always remember any dream. Bila orang lain sibuk dengan alasan, secretly I'm wishing mimpi jadi kenyataan. Then I read this in newspaper:-

Ada yang membenci, Ada yang menyayangi.

Ada yang suka menangguh, Ada yang suka bersungguh.

Ada yang sentiasa menunding jari, Ada yang sentiasa menghulur tangan.

Ada yang mempersoalkan setiap jawapan, Ada yang menjawab setiap persoalan.

Ada yang tidak mahu mengalah, Ada yang sentiasa menawan hati.

Ada yang mahukan perubahan, Ada yang sendiri mahu mengubah.

Ada yang melihat hanya satu warna kulit, Ada yang tidak menganal warna kulit.

Ada yang berbangga dengan satu bangsa, Ada yang berbangga menjadi bangsa manusia.
